RESTOCKING FEE
A 20% restocking fee will be levied on all returned merchandise. No partial kits may be returned. Returns must be made within 90 days of sale. All returns are subject to inspection.

PART NUMBERS
The part numbers represented by AIT are to be used for application purposes only. AIT uses OEM part numbers only for identification of parts and assemblies.

FREE INSPECTION
Transmissions sent to AIT for rebuilding will be torn down and inspected. If the cost of rebuilding will be higher than the base price, you will be notified. If the additional charges are not approved, there will be no labor charge for our inspection. AIT takes no responsibility for missing components on returned units.

TERMS
2% 10 days, net 30 for approved accounts. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. COD shipments may require a bank check.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION
AIT does not require special documents or numbers to identify returns. Please specify whether your unit is a core or a return. Make certain your company name and address appear on the packing list.

SHIPPING CHARGES
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges. Parts orders are subject to a handling fee. COD charges and insurance fees will be passed along when applicable. Transmission weights furnished upon request for estimating freight costs.

ITEMS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING
You, as the receiver, must note on the incoming freight bill any damage occurring in shipping. You must also file the claim with the shipping company for any parts or transmissions damaged in transport.

TESTING
AIT dyno tests most transmission styles. We run the units until they reach operating temperature. We verify our transmissions function in all ranges, have no excessive vibration, and are operating within the manufacturer’s recommended pressures. Our testing verifies solenoid operation and noise levels.

SPECIAL ORDERS
Special order merchandise is not returnable. Special orders may require a deposit.
